Prince 2 Project Management |
Objective
All projects have a beginning, middle and end, an organisational structure and clearly defined objectives. Having a clear organisational structure means that it should be immediately clear what the different project roles are, who is carrying them out and where responsibilities lie.
Everyone should understand the project's objectives. When the objectives have been met the project ends and you can carry out a review to see how successful it was.The best way to ensure a project is successful is to use a Project Management Methodology such as PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 is a project management methodology owned and maintained by the Office of Government Commerce in the UK. It summarises best practice from a variety of industries and backgrounds.
PRINCE2 is one of the few Government standards that has grown to be adopted by both private and public organisations.
We are APMG approved Prince2 trainers, but not an APMG approved training organisation.
We will only deliver Prince2 courses through APMG approved training organisations.
